Refund policy

We hope every Kislap piece feels like home to you. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective or damaged
  • Item received is incorrect (wrong size, color, or product)
  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the item

Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via sales@kislapthelabel.com or @kislapthelabel on Instagram within 3 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide order details and clear photos of the issue to be eligible for a return/exchange
  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process

Shipping for Returns

  • If the error is on our part (wrong or defective item), Kislap will shoulder the return shipping fee.
  • For approved exchanges due to other valid concerns, shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer.

Refunds

We currently do not offer cash refunds. Approved cases will be replaced with the correct item or store credit of equal value.
