Shipping policy

Each Kislap piece is created carefully, thoughtfully, and intentionally. This is why we ensure that the same care is returned as it travels from our hands to yours, and to ensure it reaches you in its best condition, we will make sure to deliver it safely & properly.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. For restock items, processing may take slightly longer depending on production schedules. Any delays will be communicated through our official channels.

Shipping Schedule

Kislap follows a fixed shipping schedule to ensure each order is carefully packed and processed with intention.

  • Orders placed from Sunday to Tuesday will be processed and shipped on Wednesday.
  • Orders placed from Wednesday to Friday will be processed and shipped on Saturday.
  • Orders placed on Saturday will be included in the next available shipping batch.

Please note that all orders are processed in batches, and shipping days are strictly observed unless otherwise announced for special releases or holidays.

Any changes to the shipping schedule due to unforeseen logistical circumstances will be communicated through the email address provided with your order and via our Instagram page.

Shipping Time

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Metro Manila: 2–5 business days
  • Provincial Areas (Philippines): 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are shouldered by the customer unless stated otherwise in a promotion or special release.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct upon checkout. Kislap the Label is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
